When residents require increasing levels of care, they remain onsite and can access the community’s assisted living, skilled nursing facilities and other healthcare support on an as-needed basis.

We also provide assisted living for seniors who need a little extra help with the activities of daily living, as well as short- and long-term nursing care for residents who are recuperating or have serious health conditions and need around-the-clock care.
Is The Culpeper an age-restricted community?
Our community is open to adults who are 62 years of age and older. The Culpeper attracts a diverse group of residents with varied backgrounds, faiths, interests and incomes.

Yes. We welcome guests and have a comfortable apartment that can be reserved for visiting family and friends.
May I have a pet live with me?
Cats and dogs are welcomed in our cottages. We ask residents with pets to comply with our community pet policy.
How much does The Culpeper cost?
Residents at The Culpeper enjoy their choice of a comfortable apartment or cottage, benefit from a wide variety of amenities and services, and have access to an on-site continuum of care. There is a one-time entrance fee and monthly service fees to live in the community. The entrance and monthly fees vary depending on the type of residence, number of occupants and type of agreement selected. In addition, a rental option is available for independent apartment living.
Can I keep my own doctor if I move to The Culpeper?
Yes. You may continue to see your own physician and other healthcare providers. The community offers scheduled transportation services for appointments in the Culpeper area.
