Assisted Living Administrator

The Culpeper is seeking an Assisted Living Administrator.  This position is responsible for all aspects of Assisted Living to include, but not limited to, programming, financial responsibility, staffing, regulatory compliance, and delivery of high quality services.

The successful candidate must be currently registered as an Assisted Living or Nursing Home Administrator in good standing with the state of Virginia.  A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity, or exhibited commensurate level of skills and knowledge, with a demonstrated productivity achievement level is required. Relevant skills include a thorough understanding of the emotional and social needs of residents in Assisted Living, and of the community agencies and resources available to meet their needs. A working knowledge of Assisted Living facility regulations and labor laws is necessary, as are skills in planning and organization, supervision, leadership, training and mentoring, interpersonal relationships, and superior written and oral communications.
